Udtryk means 'expression' in Danish and the well-balanced tasting menu blends techniques and flavours from across Asia and Europe in refined, interesting dishes. You might find a claypot of koshihikari rice, Norlin Wagyu, Danish eel and shiitake mushrooms, followed by monaka with hand-dived Norwegian scallops, watercress and gingko nuts for dessert.This restaurant is temporarily closed due to a fire.
