Soft lighting, elegant furnishings and candlelight make for a relaxed and romantic atmosphere. Modern interpretations of classic dishes are served as an eight-course tasting menu, with a shorter version available upon request. Head Chef Johannes Gehrich – long a part of the Hugos team and most recently sous-chef – now heads up the kitchen. The set menu is complemented by carefully matched wine pairings.
