He cleverly captures the quintessence of Lombard traditions while adding a creative new spin courtesy of local Chinese ingredients. Signature dishes on the à la carte menu include the iconic, multi-textured ‘Egg à la Egg’ with caviar, and ‘Vittorio’ style Paccheri pasta. Their legendary tiramisu ends the meal on a high note.
