TIAN Bistro am Spittelberg

Like its MICHELIN-starred sister restaurant, this bistro serves excellent vegetarian/vegan food, with a commitment to a responsible concept drawing on regional and seasonal ingredients, and a strong emphasis on organic and Demeter-certified produce. The quality and flavour of the ingredients certainly make an impression. The sharing menu, which is extremely reasonably priced, includes dishes such as white bean cassoulet with dried apricot cream and sherry sauce or celeriac blanquette with king oyster mushrooms and caper leaves. You can also order add-ons from the "TIAN Signatures". The restaurant is ensconced in the popular Spittelberg neighbourhood, which is teeming with bars and restaurants. Inside, the atmosphere is vibrant, and the minimalist, clean-lined interior reflects an affinity with nature. The covered courtyard is gorgeous.
