The friendly proprietress cultivates a laid-back atmosphere front of house; the chef, meanwhile, crafts contemporary and pleasingly pared-back dishes that are precisely executed and visually appealing. Dishes such as golden trout fillet with Schupfnudeln (finger-shaped potato dumplings), peas, lemon and almonds, or milk-fed veal cordon bleu with rosemary ham, Alpine cheese, horseradish and lingonberries showcase the flavours of Styria.
