The menu takes its cue from the seasons and features dishes such as beef fillet with fregola sarda, carrots and rosemary jus, or salmon with Riesling-braised cabbage and boiled potatoes, as well as classics such as Münsterländer Zwiebelfleisch (slow-cooked beef with onions).
