水戸藝術館（Art Tower Mito Contemporary Art Gallery）

水戶市地標性的100公尺扭曲幾何螺旋高塔，由建築師磯崎新1989年設計，結合演奏廳、劇場及現代美術館，登塔可眺望整個水戶市。
