Soul Sicilan Fusion

Una Forchetta (1/3) — Gambero Rosso Top Italian Restaurants 2025. In the heart of Clearwater, Soul Sicilian Fusion brings creatively reinterpreted Sicilian cuisine to Florida. The starting point is traditional recipes enriched with an innovative twist, but there is also room for other italian dishes such as pinse romane (a type of pizza that ties in with the city of Rome). The atmosphere is refined but informal, while the service is courteous and professional.
