Okwangwo Biosphere Reserve

UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, inscribed 2020, in Nigeria. In the coastal evergreen rainforest along the Gulf of Biafra, Okwangwo lies in the north of Cross River National Park, on the edge of the Cameroon Highlands between the Cross and Sanga rivers. This combination of river systems underpins a unique wealth of biodiversity.
