Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve

UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, inscribed 1984, in Spain. The Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve is located in the Euro-Siberian region, on the Bay of Biscay coast in the north of the Iberian Peninsula. The territory is characterised by a hydrographic basin that culminates in a large salt marsh, and by a coastal landscape of high, sheer cliffs and capes.
