Central Catalonia UNESCO Global Geopark

UNESCO Global Geopark, inscribed 2015, in Spain. Within the territory, there are four colles castelleres, groups that create human towers at almost all the local festivities. The geopark features a unique heritage related to the art of dry-stone construction paired with the culture of wine, the Denomination of Origin "Pla de Bages." In 2003, the Salt Mountain Cultural Park was established, providing a captivating insight into the significance of this natural wonder.
