Ohrid-Prespa Biosphere Reserve (North Macedonia)

UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, inscribed 2014, in North Macedonia. The Ohrid-Prespa Biosphere Reserve in North Macedonia joins with the Albanian biosphere reserve of the same name to form a transboundary biosphere reserve. The area combines water bodies with surrounding mountain reliefs, while flat areas mark the outer limits of the territories stretching across the two countries.
