Una Spicchio (1/3) — Gambero Rosso Top Italian Restaurants 2024. Fabio Pezzoli has brought top-level cuisine and a very solid Roman-style pizza to the city of Oslo. The baking is precise and the pies are topped with select ingredients that give a true taste of Italian tradition. The style is Roman: a thin and crisp disc that gives the bite fragrance and flavour. The rich Piagnona comes highly recommended, with tomato, mozzarella, ham, olives and mushrooms. A delicious conclusion is the tiramisu, that's creamy and well made. Keep an eye on the wine list with an excellent selection of Italian labels.
