We’re talking about Neapolitan-style pizza, with its simple ingredients according to the specifications of Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. Among the six locations in the city, we visited the historic Sukhumvit 33. A post-industrial setting with lively atmosphere and well-leavened and fragrant pies, crisper than the average Neapolitan pizzas, firstly the Marinara. Italian wine and beers, including Birra del Borgo, are on the drinks menu.
